Gurugram has officially overtaken Mumbai as the leading market for luxury housing priced at ₹10 crore and above. According to a joint report by India Sotheby’s International Realty (ISIR) and CRE Matrix, Gurugram recorded sales worth ₹24,120 crore in the luxury segment last year, representing an 80% increase in value.
