'Extreme' Winter Storm Warnings Announced for 6 States Amid 3 Feet of Snow, 80 mph Winds

A major winter storm is expected to hit the Northeast of the United States with a band of heavy snow expected to drop 10 to 20 inches of snow from Maryland to Maine over the next 24 hours.
