Abdullah Condemns Pakistani Airstrikes On Eastern Afghanistan
Former Afghanistan peace council chief Abdullah Abdullah condemned Pakistani airstrikes on eastern Afghanistan, calling them a violation of national sovereignty.
Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, former head of the High Council for National Reconciliation, expressed concern over Pakistani airstrikes in Nangarhar and Paktika provinces.
In a statement issued Sunday, Febraury 22, he described the attacks as a breach of Afghanistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, warning they could worsen instability.
