Frost advisory for Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys for Sunday — temperatures at a low of 35

Calabasas/Agoura Hills, Santa Ynez Valley and Ojai Valley are included in a frost advisory released by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 7:48 p.m. The advisory is valid for Sunday, Feb. 22 between midnight and 9 a.m.

The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA states to prepare for, “Temperatures as low as 35 degrees will result in frost formation.”

“Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered,” the NWS said. “Take steps now...
