Tottenham allegedly included a 'high single-digit' purchase clause into Kota Takai loan

A new report has revealed whether Kota Takai could depart Tottenham permanently next summer without making a single appearance for the North London club.

Takai has had a mixed start to his loan spell at Borussia Mönchengladbach after completing a temporary move to the German club last month.

The Tottenham youngster delivered a poor showing in the 3-0 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt last weekend, but it has emerged that the Bundesliga side have still been impressed with the centre-back overall.
