IndiGo replaces OCC head after December flight disruptions

IndiGo has appointed Captain Rohit Rikhye as the new Head of Operations Control Centre (OCC), replacing Jason Herter. This leadership change follows significant operational disruptions and regulatory actions by the DGCA, including a Rs 22 crore penalty. Rikhye, with over 11 years at the airline, will oversee flight operations, crew scheduling, and compliance.
