Half-burnt body of JMM worker found in Jharkhand's Giridih

The half-burnt body of Rakesh Mahto, a 45-year-old Jharkhand Mukti Morcha worker and former Zila Parishad chairman, was discovered in a deserted area of Giridih district. Police suspect he was beaten to death and then set on fire to conceal the crime. A murder case is being registered against unidentified individuals as investigations continue.
