Los Angeles County under a frost advisory Saturday — temperatures could sink to 32
Los Angeles County was placed under a frost advisory by the National Weather Service on Friday at 8:22 p.m. The advisory is valid for Saturday, Feb. 21 between midnight and 9 a.m.
The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA adds to expect, “Temperatures as low as 32 degrees will result in frost formation.”
“Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered,” according to the NWS. “Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.”
