Legal challenge to Louisiana's Ten Commandments law continues

The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Saturday that it is premature to determine the constitutionality of a Louisiana law requiring Ten Commandments displays in public schools. The decision vacates a November 2024 preliminary injunction that had prevented state officials from implementing the requirement, officials said.
