Netflix Ending Support for Nearly 90 Million Customers

An estimated 87 million customers or more have until March 2 to enjoy Netflix on their devices, according to reports.

Starting on March 2, the streamer is ending support for the long-running app on the PlayStation 3, which was first launched in 2006. In addition, various smart TVs that are over 10 years old will be losing support for Netflix, as well as some older set-top boxes.

While neither Netflix nor Sony have shared the news, users on Reddit have posted images of a warning on their screen about the pending expiration.
