OPSC adds 3rd gender category to OCSE application

Odisha Public Service Commission has introduced a third gender option in the OCSE-2025 application form, extending the registration deadline to February 27. This move follows directions from the Odisha Human Rights Commission, which also recommended 1% reservation for transgender candidates in recruitment.
