WABA’s Coverage of the 2026 Virginia General Assembly Session

Week of February 16th

This week marked the halfway point of the 2026 General Assembly session in Virginia, a consequential deadline as all bills must have passed their originating chamber by Wednesday at midnight. Thankfully, the bills we’ve been most closely monitoring and strongly supporting passed last week so a relatively quiet week.
