Los Angeles County placed under a flood advisory Thursday afternoon triggered by persistent downpours
Los Angeles County is included in a flood advisory released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 11:58 a.m. The advisory is in effect until 1 p.m.
According to the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” according to the NWS.
