‘Pulp Fiction’ actor Peter Greene died of accidental gunshot wound to his armpit

“Pulp Fiction” actor Peter Greene, who was found dead inside his Lower East Side apartment, died of an accidental gunshot wound, according to the New York City medical examiner.
