Central Park Estates to invest Rs 1,200 crore in developing ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram

Central Park Estates is investing Rs 1,200 crore in a new ultra-luxury residential project called Belanova in Gurugram. The project will feature 124 residences and is expected to generate Rs 2,500-3,000 crore in revenue. Belanova aims to offer world-class hospitality and a sense of belonging. The project is scheduled for completion by July 2026.
