No. 8 Kansas rides hot start to take down Oklahoma State

Darryn Peterson scored 23 points as No. 8 Kansas cruised to an 81-69 win over Oklahoma State in a Big 12 Conference showdown on Wednesday in Stillwater, Okla.

Bryson Tiller contributed 10 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists for Kansas (20-6, 10-3 Big 12). Tre White tallied 16 points and Elmarko Jackson pitched in 14 points. Peterson played just three second-half minutes as the Jayhawks won for the ninth time in 10 games.

Parsa Fallah led Oklahoma State (16-10, 4-9) with 21 points.
