Brendan Fraser has been on a roll since making his big Hollywood comeback in Darren Aronofsky's The Whale in 2022. The role won him an Academy Award for best actor at the 2023 Oscars.

Just last week, the news broke that both Fraser and Rachel Weisz will return in a fourth installment of The Mummy franchise, set for release in 2028 — 20 years after The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

But in between The Whale and the upcoming Mummy sequel, Fraser shot a film in Japan called Rental Family.
