Thousands of Asko and Sotka customers face lost orders after bankruptcy
At least 15,000 customers who paid in advance for furniture from Finnish chains Asko and Sotka are unlikely to receive their orders following the bankruptcy of owner Indoor Group, the court-appointed administrator has said.
Administrator Tuomas Penttilä told STT that up to nearly 20,000 customer orders are currently stuck in the bankruptcy estate. “Unfortunately, the lion’s share of these products are such that consumer creditors will not receive them,” he said.
