India well-placed to scale personal Superintelligence: Meta’s Alexandr Wang

Meta’s new chief AI officer, Alexandr Wang, said India is key for scaling “personal superintelligence” across the company’s platforms, with more Indian consumer AI companies than in the US. The firm plans to deploy AI that works 24/7, understands user goals and acts on their behalf. Wang, who leads Superintelligence Labs, is tasked with bringing a builder’s perspective to Meta’s $14.3 billion AI investments.
