Marty Supreme Isn't Good Enough

When they announce the Best Picture nominees for the Oscars each year, I try to see them all before the Academy Awards. This past weekend, I watched Marty Supreme.

Timothée Chalamet is fantastic, but he's always fantastic. The movie is pretty good, but not good enough. The film is not good enough for me to overlook a major role being played by that traitor Kevin O'Leary.

I preferred Uncut Gems to Marty Supreme, if you're keeping score at home. But if I'm going to be expected to focus on O'Leary for that many minutes...
