NYC Hospital Ends Transgender Treatment Program for Kids Due to “Current Regulatory Environment”

NYU Langone Health in Manhattan announced it will permanently ax its transgender treatment program for kids, not because it is against permanently disfiguring children, but because of the “current regulatory environment,” under the Trump Administration.

In January of 2025, President Trump issued an executive order, Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation,  restricting ‘gender-affirming care’ across the country.
