SBI Funds Management Ltd., India’s largest asset manager, may file draft papers in early March for an IPO that could raise up to $1.5 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. The offering could value the firm at about $15 billion, slightly below ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co.’s $16.7 billion valuation after its recent listing.
