Winter weather advisory in place for Eastern Santa Clara Hills until early Wednesday evening
On Tuesday at 8:38 p.m. the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory in effect until Wednesday Feb. 18, at 4 p.m. for Eastern Santa Clara Hills.
“Accumulating snow for elevations above 3000 feet. Elevations below 3000 feet will see no accumulating snow to a dusting. Above 3000 feet total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches,” can be anticipated according to the NWS San Francisco CA. “Wind gusts 25 to 40 mph above 2000 feet. The combination of wind and snow will reduce visibilities.”
