PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery’s Rs 380-crore IPO opens on February 24 with a price band of Rs 367–386. The company currently has 21,866,400 equity shares outstanding on a pre-issue basis. It plans to expand aggressively, using proceeds to open 15 new stores, scale marketing for its Reva brand, and bolster corporate needs.
