Keystone Realtors will redevelop a 5.1-acre housing society cluster in Mumbai's Andheri East. This project has a gross development value exceeding Rs 1,775 crore. The Rustomjee brand developer will rehouse 637 members. The redevelopment will unlock over 5 lakh sq ft of saleable area. This initiative strengthens Keystone's presence in key suburban markets.
