Six East Coast Railway trains part of railways’ onboard services reform

East Coast Railway has selected six long-distance trains, including the Bhubaneswar-Bengaluru Prashanti Express, for Indian Railways' new 'Better Onboard Services' reform. This initiative aims to enhance cleanliness and passenger amenities across all coaches, including general ones, with continuous cleaning models and technology-enabled teams. The reform also includes multi-tasking teams for minor repairs and AI-powered monitoring to ensure compliance.
