Orissa high court flags single lab for 4.7 crore population of state

Orissa high court expressed concern over Odisha's food safety infrastructure, noting a single lab serves 4.70 crore people. He directed top health and food department officials to explain the deficiencies, emphasising the urgent need for district-level labs and qualified staff.
