Marco Rubio: US not challenging Europe’s navalny finding

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called a report blaming Russia for Alexei Navalny's death troubling. The report, from five European allies, alleges poison dart frog toxin was used. Rubio stated Washington has no reason to question the findings. He made these remarks during a news conference in Bratislava. The US is not disputing the European allies' conclusions.
