The Shooting Stars event returns to NBA All-Star weekend for the first time since 2015
INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — The Shooting Stars event is returning to NBA All-Star weekend for the first time since 2015.
The event with three players per team takes place Saturday at Intuit Dome, home of the Los Angeles Clippers, and replaces the skills competition this year.
Allan Houston, a past Shooting Stars champion who retired in 2005, is joined by current New York Knicks players Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns on Team Knicks.
