Ixigo acquires 60% stake in Spain-based train ticketing platform Trenes for Rs 125 crore

Le Travenues Technology, the parent company of online travel aggregator Ixigo, will have the right to acquire the remaining stake in the future, subject to the fulfilment of agreed conditions, it said in a filing. This is Ixigo’s first major international deal and its entry into the European market.
