Stephen Amell to Lead Fox's 'Baywatch' Reboot Series as David Hasselhoff's Son

Stephen Amell has been cast as the lead star of the upcoming Baywatch reboot series.

The 44-year-old Arrow actor will play Hobie Buchannon, the son of David Hasselhoff‘s iconic character Mitch from the original series. The character was played by Brandon Call in season one and then later by Jeremy Jackson.

Variety reports that Hobie is the “wild child we all loved from the original series” who “is now a Baywatch Captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch.”...
