'Love Story' Creator Responds to Backlash from Kennedy Family, Explains Why He Didn't Consult Them
The creator of the new FX and Hulu series Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette is defending the show amid backlash from the Kennedy family.
The show has faced criticism for not consulting the famous family, with JFK Jr.‘s nephew Jack Schlossberg calling out the series for “profiting off” his uncle in a “grotesque way.”
The show was created and showrun by Connor Hines and executive produced by Ryan Murphy.
While attending the NYC premiere last week, Connor explained why he didn’t consult the family.
