Tottenham’s Mohammed Kudus ‘responding well’ to treatment after specialist trip

Mohammed Kudus has sought permission from Tottenham Hotspur to do something unusual as he steps up his recovery from his hamstring injury.

Kudus, who had made an impressive start to his Spurs career, picked up his injury during Tottenham’s 1-1 draw with Sunderland at the start of the calendar year, and has not kicked a ball since.

Spurs have desperately missed the Ghanaian’s pace and directness on the flanks, and the initial expectation was that Kudus would not return before April.
