Jeanine Pirro, the former judge and Fox News television personality who was appointed to the post of U.S. attorney by President Donald Trump, has filed a lawsuit against her upstate New York town of Rye after she tripped on a block of wood that had been left embedded in a crosswalk by a repair crew.
