West Virginia Senate Passes Bill to Stop Mail-Order Abortions

Students for Life Action (SFLAction) President Kristan Hawkins applauded the recent roll call vote on the SFLAction-inspired “Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act” (SB173), which if signed into law would impose criminal & civil penalties on Chemical Abortion Pill vendors prescribing and shipping the deadly pills within and into West Virginia.
