A dog owner whose ‘large and powerful’ XL bullies escaped and mauled a neighbour to death has been jailed for five years.

Ian Price, 52, suffered several bite wounds in what the judge called an ‘appalling act of savagery’ as he left home to walk his own dogs in Stonnall, Staffordshire, in September 2023.
