Court issues notice to Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi, Jitendra Singh & Bhupesh Baghel over remarks on Assam CM

A Guwahati court has issued a show-cause notice to Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi, Jitendra Singh, and Bhupesh Baghel. This follows allegations of corruption made against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The court has also restrained the leaders from making further defamatory statements. Sarma had filed a Rs 500 crore defamation suit against them for these claims.
