Canadian police identify 18-year-old woman as suspect in mass school shooting

An 18-year-old woman, Jesse Van Rootselaar, with a history of mental health issues, killed her mother and stepbrother before fatally shooting five students and a teacher at her former school in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia.
