Beach hazards statement affecting Bay Area Shorelines from Thursday to Saturday

Coastal North Bay including Point Reyes National Seashore, San Francisco Peninsula Coast and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast as well as San Francisco County are the focus of a beach hazards statement released at 12:22 p.m. on Wednesday by the National Weather Service. The statement is valid from Thursday 10 p.m. until Saturday Feb. 14, at 4 a.m.
