The United Nations awaits word from the Trump administration on when and how much of the nearly $4 billion the U.S. owes will be paid. U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of "imminent financial collapse" if dues aren't paid, with the U.S. accounting for 95% of arrears to the regular budget.
