India is planning to launch a peer-to-peer electricity trading system under the India Energy Stack, allowing consumers to buy and sell surplus renewable power directly. This pilot, starting in Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh, aims to make renewable energy trading easier and more transparent for households and small users, with transactions adjusted on monthly bills.
