Gurgaon's 32nd Avenue CEO Dhruv Dutt Sharma held in Rs 500-crore fraud case; accused of selling same floor to 25 buyers

Gurugram Police have arrested Dhruv Dutt Sharma, founder and CEO of 32nd Avenue, for allegedly defrauding investors of Rs 500 crore. Sharma is accused of selling the same commercial floors multiple times within the "32nd Milestone" complex. Investors claim they were promised guaranteed lease rentals and buyback options, but payments stopped and statutory dues were not met.
