Lindsey Vonn Injury Update: She's In 'Stable Condition' & 'In Good Hands'

After crashing 13 seconds into her ski run at the 2026 Winter Olympics, we now have an official update on Lindsey Vonn.

The 41-year-old Olympian was involved in a terrifying crash during her competition, resulting in audible screams and the need for a helicopter to provide immediate medical support.

Just after her fall, the official U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team X account posted, “Lindsey Vonn fell in the Olympic downhill and will be evaluated by medical staff.”

They just provided a new statement.
