Surajkund swing collapse: Hero cop cremated with state honours

Inspector Jagdish Prasad died bravely at the Surajkund fair. A giant swing collapsed, injuring 11 people. Prasad was trying to rescue those trapped when he sustained fatal injuries. He was cremated with state honours in his native village. His son will miss his sister's wedding due to this tragedy. Prasad served the Haryana Armed Police for 36 years.
