India gets duty free access to US aircraft, aircraft parts under BTA

India-US trade deal: India will get tariff-free access to certain aircraft and aircraft parts from the US under the framework for an interim bilateral trade agreement announced by both countries, according to a joint statement. India will also receive a preferential tariff rate quota for auto parts and negotiated outcomes on generic pharmaceuticals and ingredients, while both sides committed to providing preferential market access in sectors of mutual interest.
