Officials hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a homeless housing project in Chatsworth
Los Angeles City Councilmember John Lee joined housing leaders on Friday to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a new four-story development called The Cielo that offers 99 units of permanent supportive housing to chronically homeless and homeless individuals.
