International Olympic Committee hopes the Americans won't be booed

You could be forgiven for forgetting that there’s an Olympics starting tonight, given everything else going on in the world, but there is, in fact, an Olympics starting tonight. J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio are already in Milan with the U.S. delegation and attended a hockey game yesterday, which The Guardian reported went off without issue. However, during the opening ceremonies tonight, there are apparently still concerns that politics might exist and that their existence might be momentarily difficult to ignore.
