Horse and cart driver arrested for ‘wanton and furious driving’ after e-biker killed

A man has been arrested after a cyclist died in a collision with a horse and cart.

An e-bike collided with a horse and cart on Folly Lane in Chingford, north east London, just after 6pm yesterday.

Police officers rushed to the crash site alongside the London Ambulance Service where a man, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The male driver of the horse and cart, 26, was arrested at the scene...
