Apogee Aerospace places Rs 3,500 cr order with Australia's AAI for 15 amphibian planes

Apogee Aerospace will acquire 15 amphibian aircraft from Amphibian Aerospace Industries for Rs 3,500 crore. Apogee will also invest Rs 500 crore to establish manufacturing and maintenance facilities in India. This collaboration aims to boost air connectivity and self-reliance in the aviation sector. Amphibian aircraft, also known as seaplanes, can operate on both water and land.
