Oberoi Realty wins bid for 11-acre land in Mumbai for Rs 5,400 crore

Oberoi Realty has emerged as the highest bidder for an 11-acre land parcel in Bandra East, Mumbai. The company placed a bid of Rs 5,400 crore for a 99-year lease. This land is designated for development with significant Floor Space Index potential. The Railway Land Development Authority opened the financial bids on Wednesday.
